For the medical and semi-conductor industries, Boltjes has extensively equipped assembly areas and its own cleanroom.

Cleaning and packaging
In addition to the assembly of (sub-)assemblies, ITEQ Boltjes Plaatwerk also offers with its cleanroom facility the option of cleaning and cleanroom compatible packaging of products. Moreover, ITEQ Boltjes Plaatwerk can also organise surface treatments and pickling.

 

All stages from a single supplier
The possibilities vary from mechanical assembly, such as the final assembly of 19” cabinets, to the assembly of complete machines including the electrical components.

 

Cleanroom assembly in-house
Boltjes has its own cleanroom, enabling it to offer its customers the option of cleanroom assembly immediately after production.
